WALA Malawi Fee-for-Service Delivery Channel: Savings Groups and Private Service Providers

CRS’ Private Service Provider (PSP) model helps ensure long-term, post-project availability of SILC services by preparing community agents to become independent private service providers. PSPs operate on a market-led basis by charging fees for services. This brochure gives an overview of how CRS’ Wellness and Agriculture for Life Advancement (WALA) program in Malawi is incorporating the model to ensure future sustainability of the project’s village savings and loan program.
