How-to Guide: School Improvement Plans

Presents a methodology for creating school improvement plans through the participation of the whole school community. For CRS/Ecuador, the concept of inclusion is an overarching goal. Inclusion is a guiding principle for the process of creating the plan, and achieving a more inclusive school environment through the implementation of the plan is a key objective as well. For CRS as an agency, school improvement plans are a useful tool in achieving our own strategic priority of promoting the transformational engagement of parents and communities in schools.
